Please join us once a week as we navigate through the next phase of our relationship with our adult children!
Facilitated By: Joanne Autero, LCSW
Throughout this 10-week group, we will learn to utilize strategies to foster autonomy, detach with love, overcome codependency, and find our true identity beyond motherhood.

While attendance at every session is not mandatory, by joining the group, we ask that you enter into a good faith agreement to participate as consistently as possible.
